KNOW THYSELF
KTS | Anger, a signal of unresolved truth
I think of all chapters, this chapter is an intimate exploration of inner conflict, emotional pain, and self-discovery. The author treats anger not as a weakness, but as a signal pointing toward unresolved truth. The author’s vulnerability stands out. By sharing their own struggle with rage, alienation, and healing, the difficult work of self-examination without moral pretense is clearly modelled. I think the key lessons for anyone would be: self-knowledge requires confronting uncomfortable emotions, anger can be transformed into insight and compassion, and healing the self is inseparable from healing relationships.
